Things are moving right along with establishing Hope's Treasured Moments. I can't help but mention in every post how much all of your support really means to me. Every shoot I learn something new, and every shoot is because of you all. So here are a few photos....

Well, it's here, my website is up and running. I suppose that I will continue to post blogish stuff here, but my website will have more info on it.

Happy Mother's Day

Since I lost my mom over 14 years ago....I went to the cemetery to take some pics....may seem weird, but I really do feel close to her when I'm there. I almost always lay my head on her tombstone, yes, again weird, but I feel like i'm with her....I love you mama, I know you felt me there....and I feel you with me always....I love you...

I went out to City Park and took some photos, and then to the dog park and got some great photos of some furry friends....I used my new lens my wonderful hubby got me for mother's day! There are really some amazing trees in Baton Rouge!! Might be weird, but definitely true!

This beautiful Walker High School senior was gracious enough to trust me with her senior pictures, but we also used the opportunity to get some great shots of her and her daughter. This young lady is amazing, smart, beautiful, driven, hard working, and more...we had great fun doing these shots!

Pictures around Baton Rouge

I don't always take the time to stop and smell the roses, but seeing things through my camera's eye really helps. It's wonderful to drive somewhere I've been a million times and now look through my trusty lens and see something brand new and wonderful that I want to share with the world. I'm enjoying the "serenity" of it all, and the time to stop and do something I love, and I hope you do too!!
